This unique casa is located on the South end of the island. It has access to numerous creative spaces, including studios for painting and experimenting with clay, watercolors, and wood design. The open and creative design of the space encourages you to unwind and get creative, escape, and enjoy your downtime as you surround yourself with luscious greens while relaxing by the pool. The space boasts an open living design and numerous communal spaces while taking advantage of numerous viewpoints and greenery. This home shares common areas, including the pool, BBQ, and gardens, with another villa on the same property. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and utensils. The two rooms are on the second floor, with private bathrooms, king-size beds, and balconies with ocean views. Walking distance to The Joint, Kin Ha, La Joya, The Burracho Burro, and many more island favorites!
